  • By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

  • Please read this entirely and carefully. Your commission will be refused if you do not agree to these terms.

Copyright

  • I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.

  • I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • I will not claim the rights to a character design that does not belong to me. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

PS: I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I find it uncomfortable or deem that it is not what I can do well in.

Commission Procedure

  • After completing the form (link at the end of page), please allow me some time to reply. Your application status will be be notified soon through DM. (remember to have your DMs open!)

  • Once your commission request is accepted, you will be contacted through DM and I will confirm your details to you again.

  • A Paypal invoice will be sent to you. I only accept payment via Paypal (all payments are upfront and in USD only)

  • Commission will start after payment.

  • Please allow at least 3 weeks time to complete your commission.

What Happens After Payment?

  • Sketches/ Lineart will be shown, these are the stages where you can check/request for edits. After this, edits will not be available. Edits will also be unavailable after commission is finished.

  • Only minor adjustments within reason can be made after commission is completed (eg: add glasses on your OC). Additional charges may occur.

  • Once finished, your commission will be sent via Gmail in .png

  • Commission complete! :D

Refunds

  • I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

  • Once I start the sketch there will be no refunds

Extra

  • If payment is not made in a timely manner (24hrs) after invoice is placed, the commission will be cancelled and the slot will be opened to public.

  • Rush fees are at least +25% of the commission.

  • Finished commission pieces are not refundable.
